Each Sakrami piece of jewelry is created with care, passion and attention to detail. However, we know that sometimes something may not go as planned – no problem! We offer you the possibility to return the purchased products, in accordance with the conditions provided by the current regulations. Below you will find all the information you need to request a return or refund, in a simple and transparent way.
Pursuant to the Legislative Decree. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent by email to the following address info@sakrami.com, stating:
the order number;
The products you intend to return;
their personal information (first name, last name, address, email).
PLEASE NOTE: Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly customized products, such as:
Jewelry with personalized engravings (names, dates, phrases, symbols);
Jewelry made to specific customer request (custom modifications).
These items cannot be returned or refunded except for manufacturing defects or damage due to transportation.
The return is accepted only if the product:
Is undamaged, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received;
Is complete in all its parts (original packaging, certificates, any accessories);
is shipped within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
GLS label (Italy only)
Currently, only for orders with returns from Italy, we offer the possibility to receive a pre-filled GLS label on request, to be printed and applied directly on the package. The cost of the service is €7.00, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase. It is understood that in case of defective or incorrect products, the costs will be borne by us.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
An exchange can be made as long as the product to be replaced is:
undamaged, unruined and complete with original packaging and accessories;
returned along with the entire original contents of the package.
Any engraving on the box will remain unchanged . The customer has the option to return the product using a shipping method of their choice, without a GLS label provided by Sakrami. Shipping costs for size change are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, no. Personalized products, such as jewelry engraved or made to order, cannot be returned because they are not resalable to other customers. This is stipulated in Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to give notice of withdrawal and return the product.
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product has a defect or was sent in error.
The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the return and after verification of the product. From the total amount of the order will be deducted the cost of shipping, which in Italy is expected to 7€.
In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending detailed photos to the email address info@sakrami.com. We will replace the product or refund it at no additional cost.
