Return/Refund Policies
Every Sakrami jewel is created with care, passion, and attention to detail. However, we know that sometimes things may not go as expected: no problem! We offer you the possibility to return purchased products, in compliance with the conditions provided by current regulations. Below you will find all the useful information to request a return or refund, in a simple and transparent way.
Right of Withdrawal and Exchange
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without needing to provide reasons, within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication via email to info@sakrami.com, indicating:
- the order number;
- the products you intend to return;
- your personal data (first name, last name, address, email);
- a brief reason for the return or exchange request (mandatory for processing the request).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal and Exchange
ATTENTION: Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, such as:
- Jewelry with personalized engravings (names, dates, phrases, symbols);
- Jewelry made on specific customer request (custom modifications).
- Jewelry with diamonds or precious stones made to order, specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.
These items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused during transport.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
Returns are accepted only if the product:
- is intact, unused, and in the same condition as when received;
- is complete with all its parts (original packaging, certificates, any accessories);
- is shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal communication.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
GLS Label (Italy only)
Currently, only for returns from Italy, we offer the possibility to receive a pre-filled GLS label upon request, to print and apply directly on the package. The service cost is €7.00, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. It is understood that, in case of defective or incorrect products, the costs will be borne by us.
Refund
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), within 14 days from receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Size Exchange
It is possible to make an exchange, provided that the product to be replaced is:
- intact, undamaged, and complete with original packaging and accessories;
- returned together with the entire original package contents.
The possible engraving on the box will remain unchanged. The customer has the option to return the product using a shipping method of their choice, without a GLS label provided by Sakrami. The shipping costs for the size exchange are borne by the customer.

Can I return a personalized jewel with engraving? Unfortunately no. Personalized products, such as jewelry with engravings or made on request, cannot be returned, as they are not resellable to other customers. This is provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code. Within how many days can I return a product? You have 14 days from receipt of the order to communicate the withdrawal and send back the product. Do I have to pay shipping costs for the return? The shipping cost of €7 in Italy will be deducted from the total order amount. What happens if the product received is damaged or defective? In this case, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending detailed photos to the email address info@sakrami.com. We will replace the product or refund it at no additional cost. ?
