Return/Refund Policies

Every Sakrami jewel is created with care, passion, and attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected: no problem! We offer you the possibility to return purchased products, in compliance with the conditions set by current regulations. Below you will find all the useful information to request a return or refund, in a simple and transparent way.

Right of Withdrawal and Exchange

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication via email to info@sakrami.com, indicating:
  • the order number;
  • the products you intend to return;
  • your personal details (name, surname, address, email);
  • a brief reason for the return or exchange request (mandatory for processing the request).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal and Exchange

ATTENTION: Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, such as:

  • Jewelry with personalized engravings (names, dates, phrases, symbols);
  • Jewelry made on specific customer request (custom modifications);
  • Jewelry with diamonds or precious stones made to order, specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.
  • In the presence of packaging, boxes, or accessories personalized at the customer's request, the right of withdrawal may be exercised on the product where permitted by applicable law; however, the cost of the personalization performed will not be refundable.

These items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage caused during transport.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • is intact, unused, and in the same condition as when received;
  • is complete with all its parts (original packaging, certificates, any accessories);
  • is shipped within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

GLS Label (Italy only)
Currently, only for returns from Italy, we offer the possibility to receive a pre-filled GLS label upon request, to print and apply directly to the package. The service cost is €7.00, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. It is understood that, in case of defective or incorrect products, the costs will be borne by us.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund for Personalization Services

If the customer has requested personalization of the gift packaging, box, or other accessory elements, the related cost of the personalization service will not be refundable in case of product return.

Therefore, if a return is authorized for an item accompanied by personalized packaging, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of personalization, equal to €10.00, as the service was performed at the customer's specific request and cannot be recovered or reused.

Example: for an item purchased at €100.00 with packaging personalization, the refunded amount will be €90.00 (excluding any additional return shipping costs provided by this policy).

Size Exchange

You can make an exchange, provided that the product to be replaced is:

  • intact, undamaged, and complete with original packaging and accessories;
  • returned together with the entire original contents of the package.

The box engraving, if any, will remain unchanged. The customer may return the product using a shipping method of their choice, without a GLS label provided by Sakrami. Shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, no. Personalized products, such as jewelry with engravings or made on request, cannot be returned as they are not resellable to other customers.
