Shipping within Italy

For all orders shipped within Italy, shipping is free for orders over €50.
Alternatively, we offer two fast and trackable delivery options:

Standard Shipping 2/3 business days – €5
Express Shipping 1/2 days guaranteed for orders placed at any time excluding holidays – €10

Is shipping always free in Italy?

No, we offer free shipping throughout Italy on orders over €50.

Can I choose the courier for my shipment?

In Italy, the courier is automatically selected based on the area to ensure the fastest delivery. For international shipments, in some areas you can choose between multiple couriers at checkout (e.g., GLS or DHL Express).

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 1-3 business days

  • Europe: 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country

You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

How do I track my package?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking link and the code for your order. You can monitor the delivery status in real time.

What happens if the package arrives damaged or does not arrive?

If you have any delivery issues, please contact us promptly. We will take care to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If you have just placed your order and want to change the address, contact us immediately. Once the package is handed over to the courier, it will no longer be possible to change the address.
